The essence of RAFT exists in our human spirit – we have the passion to serve those in need; but those in need must have the want and determination to want better for themselves and their families. We are dedicated to raising awareness of homelessness and serving the families that need our help. RAFT has been a part of the community for 30 years and truly believes in helping those that want to help themselves.
The Residential Assistance to Families in Transition program is a 24 month housing program. Our mission is to provide services to those in distress through a structured residential program while empowering families to overcome poverty and homelessness.
