  1. What does your organization do?

    Our organization provides a housing program and resources to families that are unhoused. We are a 24 month transitional housing program that specializes in client based programming with the goal of self-sufficiency and stable housing, and not returning to homelessness.

  2. How can I get involved?

    We’re always on the lookout for individuals like you wanting to get involved. Visit our How To Help section to find out ways to donate or volunteer.

  3. Is RAFT the only transitional housing facility?

    RAFT is the only transitional housing program of its kind in the area. We are are not associated with other housing programs, but do collaborate and take referrals from other service entities. RAFT in Kearney, Nebraska was developed in Kearney and has been in Kearney for 30 years.

  4. Does RAFT take singles/individuals?

    Unfortunately, no. RAFT was developed to serve families and in accordance to our to funding guidelines we can not serve singles/individuals.
