Who We Are

The essence of RAFT exists in our human spirit – the spirit and passion of those that serve and the spirit and determination of those who accept our services. We are dedicated to raising awareness of homelessness and serving the families that need our help.

The Residential Assistance to Families in Transition program is a 24 month housing program.  Our mission is to provide services to those in distress through a structured residential program while empowering families to overcome poverty and homelessness.
